If you're looking for a super convenient, super clean, large 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, then the 803 N. Congress building is definitely worth checking out!! Unit A here at the four-plex is the Bottom left unit, and it's all separately metered, for... electricity, gas and water. You can see from the pics, but the front door opens to an entry foyer (a good place to quickly get out of the rain - or grab your umbrella on the way out), and then turn right into the unit. As you'll see, each of these units are technically 2 bedroom units, because the room you actually walk into first is a bedroom, but we just can't imagine anyone using that way. This means that these are big, Big, BIG one bedroom, one bathroom units. You get a large living space! Hardwood floors all throughout, a very nicely updated bathroom, a spacious eat-in kitchen (with frig and electric range), and convenience for your lifestyle. Washer and dryer are provided and in the unit, in a closet in the kitchen.
