The Meridian includes finishes and amenities heretofore unseen in the Jackson area.... apartment living has just taken on a whole new meaning.

The elevators are down quite often. In all fairness they usually get someone on it right away. I am staying here due to it's location (right across the street) from the school where I am a student. When I moved in the apartment was not cleaned totally. They threw someone's old house shoes up in the closet and it there was all sorts of debris left. Then the fact that they want to come in and do maintenance and just let themselves in is an issue for me. I know that legally they can do that with notice (which they provide) I would rather be there when they enter and since they won't/"say they can't" set appointment times then it means that they can just come into my apartment when I'm not there. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I am just not comfortable with this. I would have chosen a different place to stay were it not for the location.

Way overpriced
The biggest pro of this apartment complex is the location. Otherwise, it is not very high quality, and it is way overpriced for what you're getting.
While maintenance requests are usually fulfilled within 24 hours, I feel like I'm always submitting them. Specifically, I've had issues all year with A/C, water, and power. Because it's within city limits, it's on the city water, so boil water notices have been frequent and lengthy.
Honestly, I'm ready to move out.

Very nice staff and great place to live.
I would like to thank Meridian at Fondren staffs. I had a wonderful three years at the Meridian at Fondren. Very nice and clean. Parking has both indoor and outdoor as options. Location is perfect, just across UMC, so I could walk to work everyday. Maintenance is very easy to reach. There are fitness and also swimming pool. Overall, I had wonderful time. I needed to move out because I moved to another State, but otherwise would have stayed at the Meridian at Fondren. I would recommend the Meridian at Fondren. It is great place to live.

5 star appartment
We lived here for three years. Such a great, luxury place with very very kind managing staff. They helped us a lot and made a really memorable experience for us. I strongly recommend this place...
