I think his apartment is a great place. The apartment is in a great spot near Lakeland drive which is the road to heaven, where heaven has everything you need. If you are a believer there are several churches and great private schools in this area no more 20 minutes away. They have a free cable package at this time which helps so much with getting setup with Comcast and get a cheaper internet package as well. The people here are very nice and I never had a problem with maintenance here. It's a... great place for couples. There is a pool which is used very much in this weather and a some what clubhouse wherr you can talk and hang to meet your neighbors.

Their are couples, college roomies, and nurses that stay here never raudy its quiet. They are making improvements every few months. I never see bugs inside with their good insect spray guys. Parking is not a problem. Inside you luxurious apartment there is a lot of space and no 2 bedrooms. The compared to many it is a luxury to stay here. Guess what now? It's Gated now with remotes (nocodes)!!!! Regardless it's in a nice spot the police patrols through too!

I love the staff. There is a very elderly woman they can make you smile while your paying rent. Their is a younger man that won't hassle you and tells you straight up. The management head its a great guy to come in get things done within the day or two and can hold a conversation. "Ha, who would of thought"?

Cons: there are some great views, but not everyone gets a good view sadly. No single bed rooms. There are three floors and the top floor has high ceiling which can give you more bill money you do not have at all.


If your roommate is leaving you have to move out but 920 dollars on the 3rd floor may be too much. :(
